The question that people most often ask me is, “how do I visualize?”. It’s my belief that those who say they don’t, really do, just as people who say they don’t dream, really do but don’t remember. Dreaming and visualizations are in the same family. Both take you to “inner worlds”. If you let go of concepts that you have learned in the past, such as “the mind creates a dreams”, and imagine for a moment, that the dreams we have take us to other levels of existence, you will understand how visualizations work.

Similar to the universal law of gravity, there is a universal law of attraction.

The universal law of gravity states: “Every mass attracts every other mass by a force heading along the line combining the two.”

It’s universal, because this law applies to everything in the universe.

The universal law of attraction could be described as: “I attract everything I express to the outside world based on my own self-image, feelings and emotions.”

This one is universal too. It works always, whether you want it or not.

So, how can you use the universal law of attraction to your advantage?

As we follow the teachings of the law of manifestation that comes through all the wonderful ones who have come before and taught that cause equals effect, we begin to see that we do in fact make our world what it is appearing to be. We actually do decide by our thoughts and feelings what we can expect to see in our world.

“You lead the Way”…

came to us from that still, gentle voice within, that we sometimes don’t notice because of what we call life circumstances. This time we heard it loud and clear and had a huge AHA!

Everything you are presently experiencing comes out of the non physical. Whatever you have believed about your life and money has brought you to where you now are. The thoughts and the images that you hold in your mind have simply mirrored themselves by allowing the law of attraction to manifest those conditions into your reality. You can solve this by rewiring your mind to understand that the non physical aspect of yourself is the substance that creates who you are and it is the first step to change anything in your life.

—The First Step—

One of the most asked questions when learning the Law of Attraction is how do I focus on the now? It’s a simple concept, yet it can seem complex and difficult at the same time. We aren’t used to living in the now, because we have been taught to plan ahead, and make sure you don’t repeat mistakes. Our minds are constantly jumping from the past to the future and all points in between. So how do we change this easily? The key is to focus and pay attention to what you are thinking.

So now we know that the law of attraction is a powerful force of the universe. Instead of going against nature, we should harness the law and make the universe our friend. We know that positive thoughts brings good vibes and negative ones almost certainly attracts what we can do without.

Beside thinking good thoughts, we should put our emotions into the thoughts to give it life and excitement and eventually transform them into action. Two methods highly recommended in practicing the law of attraction are gratitude and energy diversion.

If you’ve watched The Secret, and applied the universal law, done all the work, and still are failing to attract what you want into your life then you are likely throwing up blocks to what you desire. It’s possible you ready to throw in the towel, and go back to living your life as you always have, but there’s a little voice inside your head telling you that you’re missing something very basic. Maybe there is. You could be throwing up unintentional blocks to the Law of Attraction.

Here are three blocks that may be stopping you from attracting what you want into your life.

The Law of Attraction is all about aligning your thoughts and actions into what you want to happen in your life. It practices the success principle of ‘what you think about, you bring about’. This success strategy really gained prominence thanks to the movie The Secret, which had its ‘world premier’ in March 2006. Since then, millions of people all over the globe have applied the universal Law of Attraction into their daily lives and proclaim that their lives have been better ever since. So, should you be practicing the Law of Attraction as well?

You Cannot Escape the Law of Attraction…

We are all becoming over powered by the amount of information and hype on the law of attraction following the film “The Secret”. In this article I would like to take a reflective look at the concepts as they have been presented to us unknowingly in the past.

“The whirling of the mind must be stilled.
The thoughts that arrange the molecules of the mirror of consciousness need the calmness of a still pool—
that we may be able to see clearly.”
Mark L. Prophet, Elizabeth Clare Prophet in Lords of the Seven Rays.

This exercise is useful when you are experiencing mind chatter that is negative—obsessive thoughts, anxiety, depression, etc. It can also be used to train the mind to hold a quieter state. If practiced regularly, the body sensation (relaxing the tongue) will provide a quick anchor to still the mind in time of need.
