I wanted to take the time to share with you forex trading information that you just need to know. Before you can be a carpenter, you need to know how to build things, how to hammer, how to cost analysis, etc. The same thing applies here. You need to know certain things before you start engaging in this or you’re going to find yourself in hot water. Hot water in the forex market is you, with your bank account empty because you made some poor moves.
Your Demo is your best friend and worst enemy
I think demo accounts are great tools for success. I think they can teach you how to properly use a platform, how to build the proper routines for trading and how to just do trading in general. Demos won’t teach you how to be rich, it won’t teach you how to make profitable trades.
Demos have their purpose and unfortunately people don’t use them correctly. They get the next big strategy off of some forex forum, go in the demo account and wonder why it doesn’t work. That’s not what a demo is for. If you’re looking to do a type of routine or plans of attack, than you can learn a lot. It’s not a quick fix verifier.
Candlestick Graphs
The most common way to view a currency is in a candlestick format. That is because it contains the most information and has the most clean looking format. The problem is there really isn’t any good forex trading information on this. All people do is memorize a few formats and that is it.
