Have you ever come to the end of your day and felt you didn’t get anything done? Most of us would say an unproductive day is due to our lack of organizational skills. Actually, the problem may not be our inefficiency but how we count our activities. The way we look at our day may cause us to have unrealistic expectations of how much time is available.

There are certain aspects in our life that we can use positive affirmations to totally redirect our negative associations. Eating, however, is a necessity of life in order for us to exist, therefore the use of positive eating affirmations are used for redirecting the negative eating habits that we have formed over many years for many different reasons. The initial step is to identify what unhealthy eating practices we have adopted into our behavior in order for us to set the proper positive eating affirmations.
Creative people are often asked, “Where do you get your ideas?” or “Where do you get your inspiration?”
What people usually mean by these questions is, “How can I find my own inspiration?”
The surprising thing about inspiration is that it rarely comes when you’re sitting on the beach waiting for an idea to strike from the heavens.

There are many moods and varied emotions on Memorial Day. This Memorial Day will be a time when these moods and emotions will range from pride to sorrow, from tribute to regret. But there are two words that bears the message of memorial day - grief and hope.

Similar to the universal law of gravity, there is a universal law of attraction.
The universal law of gravity states: “Every mass attracts every other mass by a force heading along the line combining the two.”
It’s universal, because this law applies to everything in the universe.
The universal law of attraction could be described as: “I attract everything I express to the outside world based on my own self-image, feelings and emotions.”
This one is universal too. It works always, whether you want it or not.
So, how can you use the universal law of attraction to your advantage?
If life doesn’t exist without stress then there’s no chance of working without stress either. Limiting stress in the workplace, however, is possible.
One important rule to remember . . . separate your personal stress from your professional stress. It won’t be easy but it will be beneficial.
Every form of employment has stress attached to it: from the hotdog cart attendant to the CEO of a billion dollar industry; they each suffer variations of stress. The objective then, is to limit as much stress as possible before entering your workplace. In other words, clear your mind for the new group of stressors you’re about to face.
